Instructions
Finely chop the garlic and green chiles, and scoop them into a bowl.
One at a time, run a knife down through each avocado, starting at the top, until you reach the pit; continue cutting around the pit until you reach the point you started.
Twist the two halves of the avocado apart. Remove the pit and discard. Scoop the flesh into the bowl with the chiles. Mash coarsely with the back of a spoon or an old-fashioned potato masher.
Add the herbs and onion, stir to combine, then taste. Season with salt (usually about a teaspoon) and lime juice. Scoop into a serving dish and garnish with cheese and radishes.
I can’t find Rick Bayless Frontera Spicy Guac Mix ANYWHERE in SW Michigan! It has been out of stock, as well as many other Frontera pouches for more than a month – the shelves are bare, and the grocery store is filling up with other brands. We used to go through at least 2 pouches a week. My guests would rave how good it was, and I shared what brand I used. But not anymore, and most likely won’t go back since we’ve found a comparable reliable alternative.
Sorry,

Hi Doug,
We’re sorry your having trouble finding it. The good news? Our sales director says the local Target store should carry the Frontera products. If they don’t, you can ask the store’s produce managers to supply (or re-supply) it.
Please let us know if you’re able to find it.
Thanks,
Casey C.

i cannot find the hot and spicy guacamole mix anywhere.
