the recipe is great. i added a little chopped onion and garlic and ran with it.
i also added the double roasted tomato salsa you make instead of regular.
100% great job! just as good as the restaurants.
BTW, i found this soup when i was traveling through O’Hare. it’s hands down the best food i’ve ever had in an airport. so much so i searched out the recipe!
