The Return of Topolo 2.0

With the return of safe indoor dining, we are thrilled to once again take reservations for Topolo 2.0, featuring Topolobampo’s renowned multi-course tasting menu hosted in Rick Bayless’ cookbook library and test kitchen.

Beginning Feb. 3, we are welcoming a dozen people at a time into this space (tables of two and four, socially distant) to once again, at long last, have the plush Topolo experience, starting with snacks and drinks in the roomy adjacent Vista bar, followed by our chef’s tasting menu of six courses, plus a couple of off-menu surprises.

Our award-winning wine pairings, plus a reserve list of mezcales and tequilas, will be waiting for our guests to complete the luxurious evening.⁣

Think of it as the same Topolo experience — which has earned the restaurant a shimmering star from Michelin & four from both the Chicago Tribune & Chicago Magazine, and the James Beard Foundation’s award for “Outstanding Restaurant” — in a more intimate setting.

We accommodate dietary restrictions and follow all safety and sanitation protocols, including filtering the air with HEPA filters.
