    Most of all I want to say, that I am so happy that you continue to televise your shows.
    I have followed you and your cooking since 2011.
    What I truly admired of you, was how you showed preparations of classic Mexican
    dishes, showed and taught us what each seasoning, chile, maiz, and many ingredients it takes for only one authentic dish to get it’s flavor.
    Most of all, is how you got on a plane and took us with you to Mexico, where each and every plate was invented or founded. Thank you so much for your fabulous ways of taste.
