Our Big News from Michelin

In the midst of our daily struggle to rebuild our Clark Street restaurants to once again thrive and be right for the moment, we get blindsided with amazing news.

Our longtime wine director Jill Gubesch was awarded the Chicago Sommelier Award by Michelin, a first-of-its-kind honor. “Throughout the course of her impressive tenure,” Michelin writes,”Gubesch has been a fierce and loyal promoter of Mexican wine and has traveled extensively to build close relationships with winegrowers.” Read Michelin’s Q & A with Jill.
