Leña Brava Wine Dinner with Rick Bayless & Paolo Paoloni

We’re bringing revered winemaker Paolo Paoloni to Chicago for a very special dinner on Oct. 30 to unveil our newest Topolovino Baja wine. It’s an exquisite Nebbiolo, a collaboration between Paolo and our wine director Jill Gubesch, created at the dreamy Villa Montefiori winery in Valle de Guadalupe.

Join us for a super-exclusive preview tasting and dinner party featuring four Baja-inspired dishes by Chef Rick Bayless paired with our Topolovino release plus more impressive Paoloni wines. Rick, Jill and Paolo will be guiding you on the journey.
