Herradura Tequila Dinner with Chef Rick Bayless

Herradura Tequila is hosting a special tequila dinner with Chef Rick Bayless to raise money for the Frontera Farmer Foundation.

Join Chef Rick and Herradura for an intimate dinner with a four-course menu with four Herradura Tequila pairings. Ticket sales will benefit the Frontera Farmer Foundation, a 501 c(3) nonprofit organization, committed to promoting small, sustainable farms serving the Chicago area by providing them with capital development grants.

1st: Lemony Winter Spinach Salad
Herradura Blanco, meyer lemon cordial, Benedictine, giffard apricot, lime, basil salt

2nd: Ceviche Yucateco
Herradura Blanco, sotol ochocientos, grapefruit, bianco vermouth, lime, petitgrain, nutmeg

3rd: Pork in Ancho Lentil Sauce
Herradura Reposado, mezcal vida, briotett cassis, chipotle, cinnamon, lime, fresh thyme

4th: Warm Bread Pudding
Herradura Anejo, carpano antica, nux alpina walnut liqueur, house roasted cacao, guajillo chile, orange zest 

Date: Thursday, March 12th
Time: 6pm
Price: $100 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity)
