Frontera Grill is Turning 34!

Frontera Grill is are celebrating 34 incredible, challenging and rewarding years in Chicago with a weekend-long feast.

First up, on Friday, March 19 and Saturday, March 20, we are throwing a dinner party at your place.

Available for pickup with Tock, the “Happy 34th Birthday, Frontera!” Takeout Package starts with Ancho-Butternut Soup and Little Gem Salad with aged Goat Cheese & Black Pepper Croutons before moving onto the main event: Wood-grilled chicken breast with our famous Oaxacan mole negro. For dessert? You know we’re serving birthday cake. Cap off your meal with Devil’s Food Cake with Mexican chocolate buttercream 🤤 Serves 2 • $75 per package, plus service charge.


On Sunday, March 21 we move the party into our house. Join us inside or on the patio for a safe and socially distanced birthday celebration featuring the very best of Frontera Grill. $65 per person, plus service charge • Pre-paid reservations only through Resy or calling us 312-661-1434. The menu includes:

PARADE OF FAMOUS APPETIZERS: The Half & Half (Sikil Pak & Guacamole), Fronterizo Ceviche, Golden Corn Masa Quesadillas & Tortilla Soup

CHOICE OF ENTRÉE: Shrimp Mojo de Lujo or Grilled Chicken with Mole Poblano or Carne Asada Brava

DESSERT TRIO OF FRONTERA CLASSICS: Chocolate Pecan Pie Bar, Mexican Vanilla Flan & Horchata Tres Leches
