Made a big paella to celebrate little Charlie Bell Made a big paella to celebrate little Charlie Belle’s 3rd birthday! And one of my favorite cakes: devils food with peanut butter buttercream. The night couldn’t have been better!
We recently came back from an INCREDIBLE staff tri We recently came back from an INCREDIBLE staff trip to Northern Baja.  In the Valle de Guadalupe, Mexico’s great wine region, we were so generously hosted.  In order, we want to offer a HUGE thank you to Vincent @henrilurton, Paolo Paoloni @villamontefiori, lunch at Drew Deckman’s Conchas de Piedra with tastings from @casa_de_piedra & @aborigen.mx, Pao Pijoan and his daughter @pijoanvinos, Phil @venacavavinos, the Magnussen family @vinoslechuza for tasting through their beautiful wines during our dinner at @faltozano_valle, @lmtzojeda (Lulú) for offering tastes of must & fermenting juice as well as her glorious wines @brumavinicola. And shoutout to @davidcastrohussong for the brilliant lunch at Bruma’s new wine garden.  Tru Miller and winemaker Daniel Lonnenberg @adobeguadalupewinery (where we tasted a special blend in barrel created by our som @jilwino), the legendary Camillo Magoni at Casa Magoni winery. And Veronica and Nathan from @minapenelope, who were generous enough to share their wines with us during our dinner @primitivo_mx.
