Frontera Grill Releases Draft Beer with Chicago's Goose Island Brewery

 

We partnered with Goose Island to make a great craft beer for our lighter, bright-tasting dishes:  Think ceviches, guacamoles, fresh-shucked oysters, crispy taquitos.  Think light, citrusy flavors that are perfect for summer.  We looked for inspiration (and craftsmanship) to Goose Island because we love what they do, especially their made-for-food offerings like Matilda, Sophie and Juliet.  After several rounds of riffing, tasting and crafting, our vision has become reality.  Marisol  is a bright Belgian-style blonde ale with that’s infused with tangerine zest, green coriander, and ugli fruit.  It’s a pretty thrilling beer that’s full of life, full of flavor. Our beer is only available on draft in the Frontera Bar.
